Cork Volunteer Centre offers a number of standard training courses for organisations designed by Volunteer Ireland, promoting best practice in volunteer management. Our trainers are FETAC Level 6 accredited and have completed additional training with Volunteer Ireland. They also bring a wealth of practical experience to the training they deliver.

‘Thinking of Involving Volunteers’ is a half-day course designed for organisations who are new to managing volunteers. Training is in a group setting. It is designed to help groups understand the best ways to involve volunteers, understand volunteer expectations, and start on a path to ensuring volunteers become a core and positive part of your organisation. It’s also a great place to network with local organisations.

The training will be conducted over 4 mornings.
